On completion of the inspection we will e-mail your report to your nominated address and post out an original copy if requested to your nominated postal address.
Our inspector Chris Westeneng has a national qualification in carpentry and is a licensed building practitioner, with over 14 years in the building industry and over 9 years renovating property. He is an active property investor/landlord and is very educated in knowing what to look for when it comes to purchasing a property along with maintenance issues.
Chris is also a level 1 trained thermographer, gaining his qualification in Auckland through the Infrared Training Center.
